Affordable Housing Advisory CommitteeÂ
Reviews local housing policies and recommends strategies to increase the availability of affordable housing.
Amelia Island Tourist Development Council (Tourist Industry/Tax-Paying Representative)Â
Advises on the promotion and development of tourism and the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues.
Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (Construction-Related Representatives – 2 vacancies)Â
Hears appeals and considers matters related to the County's construction codes and regulations.
Planning and Zoning Board (At-Large Representative)
Reviews land use, zoning, and development proposals and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.
