The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce has named Alexandra Wilmer as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. A dedicated leader within the organization for nearly eight years, Alex brings deep institutional knowledge, strong community relationships, and a clear vision for the Chamber’s next chapter.

Having served in multiple roles, Alex has been instrumental in advancing key initiatives and strengthening connections across Nassau County’s business community. Her experience and perspective position her to lead with both continuity and forward momentum.

“Alex has demonstrated unwavering commitment to our Chamber and the community it serves,” said Dunia Taylor, Chairman of the Board and Broker/Owner of REMI Realty. “Her leadership, dedication, and understanding of the Nassau County business community make her the right person to guide us forward.”

Alex will be supported by a strong, engaged, and forward-thinking Board of Directors, aligned in their commitment to advancing the Chamber’s mission and strengthening the business community across Nassau County.

As President & CEO, Alex will focus on building partnerships, expanding outreach to businesses across the county, and implementing strategic improvements to better serve members and the broader community.
