The Regional Economic Development Plan, the Future is Now, identified Talent as the #1 Goal and driver for economic development in a community. 

As such, JAXUSA Partnership in collaboration with Nassau County Economic Development Board and CareerSource Northeast Florida is conducting a Talent Study for Nassau County to better understand the unique challenges of a rural county as well as identify needs and solutions for talent recruitment, retention and training.
