Nassau County BOCC Seeks Volunteers for Boards and Committees
Reminder: The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners is currently seeking community members to serve on several Boards and Committees that help shape County programs, policies, and services.
Current opportunities include:
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
Help review housing policies and recommend strategies to expand affordable housing opportunities.
Amelia Island Tourist Development Council (Tourist Industry/Tax-Paying Representative)
Help advise on tourism promotion, development, and the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues.
Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (Construction-Related Representatives – 2 vacancies)
Help consider appeals and matters related to the County's construction codes and regulations.
Planning and Zoning Board (At-Large Representative)
Help review land use, zoning, and development proposals and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.
