Volunteers Needed for Micah’s Place 25th Anniversary Gala

Micah’s Place is Nassau County’s only certified domestic violence center. For 25 years, the organization has helped survivors and their families find safety and support through emergency shelter, a 24/7 helpline, counseling, legal advocacy, and other services. Now, Micah’s Place is preparing for its first gala to celebrate this milestone and the community that makes its work possible.

The Wings of Hope Gala is scheduled for Friday, October 16th from 6:00-10:00 PM at Walker's Landing in Fernandina Beach. 

The organization is seeking 10 to 15 volunteers to help with setup during the day and assist throughout the event. Volunteers may greet guests, manage the raffle and silent auction table, help with food tables, and take on other event tasks.
