Next Play Investments Joins Chamber of Commerce
Next Play Investments, a locally based real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce its membership in the Chamber of Commerce.
Founded by local residents Michael and Marie Margarella, Next Play provides investors with opportunities to passively invest in real estate.
The firm acquires, operates, and improves apartment communities, with the goal of creating long-term value for both its investors and the residents who call those communities home. Next Play has built a portfolio of thousands of units across the United States, with approximately $45 million in real estate assets.
“Joining the Chamber is an exciting opportunity for us to become even more connected to the local business community,” said Michael. “We live here, work here, and want to build relationships with other local business owners while introducing our neighbors to an investment option they may not have considered before.”
Next Play Investments was created in part to make multifamily real estate investing more accessible to individual investors. Rather than purchasing and managing rental properties themselves, investors can diversify from the stock market, and participate alongside Next Play while the company handles the sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, financing, renovation, and ongoing asset management of each investment.
The firm accepts both liquid investments, and investments from retirement accounts, such as IRAs and 401k’s.
Through its Chamber membership, Next Play looks forward to supporting local businesses, participating in community events and developing relationships throughout the area.
Next Play is offering fellow locals a complimentary copy of The Blueprint to Passive Real Estate Investments, an educational guide designed to introduce investors to the fundamentals of passive multifamily real estate investing.
